Description
Gantofta nature reserve is located in the beautiful Råån valley. It connects two other nature reserves; Rååns dalgång and Fjärestad-Gantofta. The entire stretch of river has high values for biodiversity and outdoor recreation, as well as from a cultural, historical and geological perspective. Today, the reserve area consists mainly of pasture with some deciduous groves. A bridge over Råån makes it possible to walk on both sides of the river but among grazing animals during the summer months.
