Description
Baldersnäs is a well-visited nature reserve in Dalsland that stands out from the crowd.
The entire area is located on a peninsula and offers a lush manor environment with an English-style park from the 19th century. In its heyday, the park was internationally recognized. Even today, exotic trees such as the blood beech and weymouth pine remain, as do stately avenues.
The area is easy to stroll around. Along the promenade you will find nice places to sit down with views of Laxsjön. Out on the headland, known as the end of the world, there are both shelters and outhouses.
