The reserve is within cycling distance of Kungsör's urban area. Follow the extension of Drottninggatan. After the bridge over the E20, turn off on the third road to the left towards Klämsbo riding school. About 200 meters after the riding school parking, turn left and park. From the E20 by car, turn off onto road 56 towards Katrineholm. Turn off the first road to the left and then take the next right towards Klämsbo riding school.

There are rules that you as a visitor must follow. The rules are there to protect the area's natural values.

It is forbidden to:

• ride a horse or bicycle other than on the designated path,
• drive a motorized vehicle
• destroy or damage soil, rock or stone by drilling, hacking, carving, blasting, digging, painting or the like
• breaking branches, felling or otherwise damaging living or dead trees and shrubs and damaging vegetation or natural objects in general, picking, digging up or collecting plants or plant parts except berries, edible mushrooms and flower picking of non-protected plants for their own use, putting up a sign, poster or similar or making an inscription,
• organize camp activities without the permission of the municipality
• organizing competitions without the permission of the municipality
• use a radio or other sound system in a disruptive manner
• camping
• make an open fire,
• bring an unleashed dog or other stray pet
• capture, kill or abduct animals, remove eggs, eggs or nests, climb trees or otherwise deliberately disturb wildlife.
