Velamsundsbadet

Velamsundsbadet, with a landscaped sandy beach, is located on the northern shore of Lake Insjön. It is adapted for the disabled and has jetties and a bathing raft. Changing rooms, showers and toilets can be found in the adjacent open-air courtyard. The playground by the beach is well equipped, including a climbing frame, slide and swings. For those who prefer salt water, there are good opportunities in the northern part of Velamsund Bay. The eastern side offers rock pools, while the western side is flatter.
