**By car : From the E4 at the Rosersberg interchange take exit 179 to Norrsundavägen. Drive Norrsundavägen north towards Åholmen. At the roundabout, take the first exit towards Åholmen so that you come on the bridge that crosses over the E4. You are now on the road Åholmen, continue it south 1.2 kilometers to the nature reserve parking.

By public transport: The nearest bus stop is Rosersbergs villastad, just under 2 km walk to the parking lot and entrance. Buses to/from Rosersberg commuter train station. For information and timetable see sl.se.

To protect the Fysingen Nature Reserve, there are rules you must follow.

In the reserve it is forbidden to

1. destroy or damage solid natural objects or surface formations by digging, drilling, hacking, blasting, carving, painting or the like
2. disturbing wildlife (e.g. by climbing trees, trapping or deliberately killing wild animals)
3. bringing dogs that are not on a leash
4. drive a motorized vehicle other than on designated roads
5. park other than in designated places
6. enter or enter the bird protection area during the period 1/4 - 15/7.
