Fallängetorps Natur- och kulturled

Fallängetorp is an organic farm that works under the slogan "Rural for everyone" and has opened up its farm with accommodation and activities. The Nature and Culture Trail at Fallängetorp is a 3km trail that runs through a varied landscape along gravel roads and winding forest terrain. The hiking trail is accessible with clear signs and the easy-to-walk surface makes it possible to get around even with a Zoom Uphill that can be booked at the farm. You park at Mellangården, one of the farm's accommodations, where the trail starts and ends. At the beginning of the trail, you will get an introduction to the farm and its inhabitants and outside Mellangården you can look out over the first information point, the Inland Sea's upper maritime border. You follow the signs along the gravel road through the farm and its historical development until you follow the trail into the forest at the designated place.

The trail is chipped and well marked so that you can feel calm and harmonious on your walk. You follow the trail's winding path past Solitär-Aspen, Viltvattnet, Kolbottnar, Rävgrytet and many other both historical and nature-oriented information points. You will find many different types of trees, mosses, lichens, remains and bookmarks of various animals and much more.

It would be possible to write a whole book about the wildlife in our forest where the biodiversity is very large, but we have chosen to focus on a few different information points. At each place there is a sign with a picture showing its content and some text in both Swedish and English. If you want to read more, there is a QR code on each sign to get to a page with more and in-depth information on that particular topic. There will also be information read aloud for those who prefer to listen to the text.
