Short Excursions in Ljungby (1–2 hours)

The Art Walk “Sweden’s Most Painted City” is an approximately 2-kilometer loop through the city center where paintings by Sven Ljungberg are displayed in the exact locations where they were originally created. The past meets the present—right in the heart of the city. While you’re in the mood for art, stop by the Ljungberg Museum and discover current exhibitions and even more works by the artist couple Sven Ljungberg and Ann Margret Dahlquist-Ljungberg.

The Näsasjön Loop A short and easy cycling or walking route from Ljungby to Lake Näsasjön through a varied landscape of forests and open fields. Be sure to stop by the Stenlunden artisan bakery.

Höslängarundan A shorter bike ride through the Småland countryside and along the Lagan River.
