The Legend Trail in Lagan – discover the story along the path

Welcome to a magical walk in the heart of Lagan. The Legend Trail stretches between Aspudden and Åbyskolan, offering an experience where imagination and movement go hand in hand. Follow the story along the pedestrian and cycle path – keep an eye out for the winding lindworm guiding you through the tale.

Along the trail, you’ll encounter imaginative artworks created by artist Kjell Sundberg, known from the Museum of Legends. Take a playful leap, pause for a moment, and let yourself be amazed – perhaps you’ll dare to greet the mighty Troll Mother watching over the area? She welcomes visitors of all ages, and here you also have the chance to let your creativity flow and leave your own mark in this world of stories.

The tales you meet along the way have grown out of collaborations with storytelling educators from Sagobygden and local schoolchildren in Lagan. They invite you into a world of folklore, where stories of abducted princes and enchanted beings still live on.
