Description
A tour that takes you up into pre-mountain terrain. It goes through varying landscapes and terrain with the occasional wet mire, as well as long climbs that seek out the mountain edge several times. Early on you will encounter a steeper climb called Nipan, where many choose to go up. Do you find it hard? Then remember that many of the elite skiers choose to run their interval sessions here on this slope. The tour includes a lot of bog running - we like to get our feet wet here.
Large parts of Berg municipality are reindeer herding areas. Most reindeer are in the mountains during the summer, but you may encounter them in the forest or along the roads all year round. It is important that you as a visitor show consideration for the reindeer. You do this by not stressing them. When you encounter reindeer, slow down, sit down and wait for them to pass or take a long detour past them. Always keep dogs on a leash where there are reindeer.

Directions
This tour starts at Trångfors Power Station. Drive south on road E45 for a little over a kilometer out of the village before taking road 316 towards Klövsjö. Follow the road for about 3 kilometers. Turn right onto the gravel road towards Skålan (yellow/red road sign). Follow it for a few hundred meters until you come to a crossing. Here on the left you now see the blue signs showing the running route. You can park in the crossing along the road.
