Reservatet ligger en mil sydväst om Hede och nås lättast från Långå, via Rannsundsvägen eller vägen mot Västvallen.

Welcome to Lövåsen-Fillingsåsen. Please note that within the reserve it is not allowed to:

• capture, disturb or harm mammals, birds, frogs and reptiles, as well as to damage
• their nests and spawning grounds or collect eggs
• picking and collecting any species except berries and edible mushrooms
• climbing nest trees or deliberately staying closer than 100 m to a bird of prey's nest, roost or burrow
• damage the ground, boulders, vegetation, dry trees or other dead wood
• drive a motorized vehicle on bare ground.
• burn anything other than loose branches from the ground or firewood brought with you. Dry logs, dry stumps and the like may not be used as fuel.

Other rules apply if you want to conduct any kind of activity in the area, for complete regulations for the area, refer to the reserve decision. There may also be other laws to take into account, such as the Reindeer Husbandry Act in mountain reserves.
