Canoe dock on the right side of the canal about 75 m before the lock. Land transportation along a gravel road to the right of the canal. Launching at the jetty below the lock on the right side of the canal.
Pick-up on the left side of the canal. Land transportation about 700 m, past the locks at Lustigkulla. Follow the graveled walkway for launching at Skanssjön.

Reception pier at the lock in Trångfors. It may be that this lock is open. If so, just paddle on to the next lock at Lustigkulla. There is also parking for those who want to end the tour here.
Placement for canoes at Paradisgränd in Arboga. Bridge is missing. Paddling upstream only. For paddling further downstream towards Kungsör, it is fine to put the canoe in at the boat ramp at the beach park. The site is about 200 meters east of Herrgårdsbron.
The placement is usually best downstream of the water wheel at Jädersbruk. Go over to the small headland and place it at the beach's edge.
