Äppelfest på Eda lägergård

When: Saturday, September 26, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.

Where: Eda Campground

Throughout the day, you can visit our
apple exhibition, have your apples identified by variety, and get advice on pruning and
caring for fruit trees. You can take an apple quiz tour, carve an apple man,
or make a wool apple with the Nature School. Throughout the day, you’ll also have the chance to explore
the campground’s fascinating history in various ways and learn more about the area’s valuable natural environment.

Be sure to shop for goods
from local food producers and artisans and chat with nature and
outdoor recreation groups from the area. Why not try canoeing, hiking,
take a dip at the swimming spot, go on a hobby horse ride, or enjoy a coffee break at the café.

A vintage bus will also
pick up visitors from Uppsala, Alsike, Knivsta, and Lagga city and take you out
to Eda Campground, then bring you back the same way later in the day. A detailed
program will be published a few weeks before the festival at www.edalagergard.se.
