The nature reserve lies 20 kilometres northwest of Jokkmokk. From the E45 north of Jokkmokk turn eastwards onto the road 818 towards Nattavaara. After Lake Järtasjön turn right where it is signposted 11 Slakka. After 6 kilometres you pass the interpretive board for the nature reserve Serri and Hästkullen. Continue 2 kilometres and turn left on to a logging road. After 4 kilometres turn right and after 1 kilometre turn left again and continue to the end of the road. From the turnaround, walk across a felled area as far as the reserve.

The nature reserve is located 20 kilometers northeast of Jokkmokk. Suitable access road is from the E45 north of Jokkmokk east on road 818 towards Nattavaara. After Järtasjön turn right signposted 11 Slakka, drive about 6 kilometers to the information point for the Serri and Hästkullen nature reserve. Continue another 2 kilometers to a forest road on the left, after 4 kilometers turn right and after 1 kilometer turn left and continue to the end of the road. From the turnaround you can walk over a hygge to the reserve.

• camping
• hike
• make a fire, remember to bring your own wood!
• pick berries and edible mushrooms
• drive snowmobiles on snow-covered ground
• fish and hunt in accordance with the laws in force

It is not allowed to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
