The Birch park

Not far fram the town square, surrounding the Town hall, is the Birch park located. The park got its name from all the planted birches but now they have gotten company from other species of trees.

Here we can find the Royal rock with its golden signatures from royalties who have visited Älmhult.

In the eastern corner of the park there's a colourful plantation, shifting with the seasons and the theme of the year.

The leafy, green park is used for different activities, for example the yearly photosession of the high school graduates going to the proom.
