Description

Always fresh sweets

History

In 1946, Grevskapet Dals Konfektyr AB started candy production here in Bengtsfors. After having had both different owners and names over the years, the circle was closed in 1992 when the company regained its original name and became locally owned again. The owner trio consists of Bo Sallmén, Jörgen Johansson and Markku Eira.

Own candy shop

Especially during the high season in the summer months, it is one of the area's major tourist attractions. No wonder! With up to 200 different types of sweets to choose from, and at a great price, it's irresistible. There's always plenty of tasty and fresh sweets.

Production

Today, more sweets are made here than ever before. As a manufacturer of loose sweets, Dals Konfektyr is primarily known for being foam and dragee experts. Their most popular products among the foam items are the foam banana both with and without chocolate coating and the bear with chocolate coating. Of the chocolate products, Dal's cream caramel is the best seller. All items are available in candy stands in most department stores and shops in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, and a specific range is also exported to the USA.
