Description

The trail is mostly on forest path, but also some gravel road and closer to Stöde on car roads. It passes Skiftestjärn where there is an overnight cabin with a couple of beds, and a dry toilet. The hike is hilly with steep slopes in both directions from the valley at Lotjärn, as well as down towards Stöde.
