Description
Österslumpens naturreservat utgörs av äldre variationsrik, tidigare utmarksbetad lövrik barrskog och hällmarksskog. Alkärr och källpåverkade avsnitt varvas med högre liggande marker som är magrare och med rena hällmarker.
Inga friluftlivsanordningar, förutom informationsskyltar, finns i reservatet.

Österslumpen Nature Reserve is located in the forests north of Lake Bornan, northwest of Älmsta in the northern part of Norrtälje municipality.
The reserve is located a few kilometers from the public road and is best reached on foot or by bicycle along forest roads where public car traffic is not allowed.
