Furusundsfjärden Nature Reserve includes the islands of Stor-Asken, Lill-Asken and Stumpen, as well as a handful of small islands and skerries located three kilometers northeast of Furusund. The easiest way to get here is by boat.

To protect the Furusundsfjärden nature reserve, there are rules you must follow.

In the reserve it is forbidden to

1. destroy or damage solid natural objects or surface formations
2. dig up flowers or deliberately damage ground vegetation (grass, moss or lichen cover)
3. deliberately disturbing wildlife (e.g. by climbing a tree or taking close-up photographs of a bird's nest, lair, burrow or similar)
4. bring a dog or cat that is not on a leash
5. camping for more than 24 hours
6. anchor a boat on the same beach for more than 24 hours in such a way that the ability of others to use valuable boating or bathing areas is impaired
7. make a fire
8. use a radio, gramophone, tape recorder or similar in a way that disturbs others.
