Åvingerundan

Åvingerundan in Åvinge nature reserve winds around the reserve, which is small in size but offers great nature experiences! From the parking lot on Nynäsvägen you ascend to this gem. Here you can experience a mixed forest environment that has been untouched for many years. There are damp spruce forests, open rocky forests and remnants of past forestry work in the form of charcoal kiln bottoms and crown drainage. In other words, you can get a taste of a Swedish forest in miniature. If you wish, you can connect to the Sörmlandsleden trail in the northwest corner of the reserve or continue around to the open viewing hill with views of Kagghamraån, Henningsdal and Lilla Uringes forests.
