Nya faciliteter längs Signaturled Omberg

Hiking along the Ödeshög–Stocklycke
and Orrnässlingan trails has become even better. At the Orrnäs rest area, a new wind shelter and a composting toilet
have now been installed, providing more opportunities for a comfortable break along
the trail.

The new wind shelter was built with support from Naturbonusen.
We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to Naturkompaniet for their project support, which contributes to
the development of a sustainable Östgötaled.

With the landowner’s permission, the rest area has also been expanded to include a new
pavilion, which, together with the other facilities, makes Orrnäs a perfect
stop for both short breaks and longer coffee breaks.

Here you can sit back and enjoy the magnificent view
of Lake Vättern, surrounded by Omberg’s beautiful nature. The combination of tranquility,
nature experiences, and sweeping views makes the hike something truly special.

Thanks also to the landowner in Orrnäs, Ödeshög Municipality, and the
contractors who helped make this project possible.

This stage is one of the four stages that make up the Signaturled Omberg trail.
