Description
The forests on Rudjärvberget mountain are verdant mixed coniferous forests, where there are also plenty of aspen and birch. Here and there in the forest there are giant, ancient pines that have survived several forest fires. The area is 1 square kilometre in size.

Rudjärvberget mountain lies about 14 kilometres north of Överkalix, on the west side of the Kalix river at Östra Rödupp. The small logging road leads up to the reserve from Östra Rödupp. It is uncertain whether the road is driveable in an ordinary passenger car.

Verkligen några riktig fina stora tallar! Fint att ta sig upp på berget. Även vägen utanför naturreservat är trevlig att vandra på. Tyvärr finns ingen markerad stig som ta dig till klipporna. Där har man en riktig fin utsikt - men är svårt att hitta...
