Description

The press track in Skällared is a pretty tough track with a long downhill and a tough uphill. In between, it is slightly hilly on one part and completely flat on the other part.

A track where you can make many tempo changes and practice hill training. There is also an outdoor gym with six pieces of exercise equipment where you can combine your walk or jog with some light strength training. You only use your own weight as resistance.
