Beschreibung
This is a small nature reserve surrounding Abisko Scientific Research Station, which lies east of Abisko National Park. Research is carried out here under the umbrella of the Swedish Polar Research Secretariat. The nature reserve covers 0.6 square kilometres and snowmobiles are forbidden in the entire area.

Kommunikation
The area surrounds the research building west of the village of Abisko. There is a turning off the E10 leading to the research station. The hiking route called the Navvy Trail runs across some of the southern boundary of the nature reserve.

Eftersom naturreservatet ät avsatt för forskning är föreskrifterna anpassade därefter. Det är till exempel inte tillåtet att:
- beträda områden som är avlysta för forskning.
- att köra snöskoter i reservatet.
