**Welcome to a day of yoga and forest bathing in the Japanese garden in Ronneby Brunnspark.
We start with a walk together up to Trollsjön where we start the day with a forest bath around the lake. After a coffee break, we head to the Japanese garden for a relaxing yoga session and meditation. The day ends with lunch at Café Mandeltårtan.
