Guidning i Hanefors

Guided tour with municipal ecologist Janne Kolehmainen in Hanefors, a place with a long history of human impact. Thanks to extensive restoration work, water now flows freely once again in the Skye River. The work has created unobstructed fish passages and excellent pools for frogs and toads to breed and lay eggs.

Hanefors is located just over 1.5 km south of downtown Ingelstad; the site can be reached via Haneforsvägen in the western part of the town. Parking is available at the coordinates 56°43'47.6"N 14°55'2.6"E
