Skogstorp

"Bygdereservatet Skogstorp" is an old day labor village under Häradstorp farm. The croft is mentioned in writing for the first time in 1837 and appears in the parish registers from 1840. The unique thing about Skogstorp is that it was inhabited until 1958.

Nine different crofter families have farmed the croft and forty people have made their home at Skogstorp during the more than one hundred years that the croft has been inhabited. There has never been a road to Skogstorp, nor water or electricity.
