Ekuddeslingan, Östgötaleden

Ekuddeslingan offers a nice hike in an archipelago environment where parts of the route run along cliffs overlooking Valdemarsviken. The trail is suitable for those with dogs, as there are no grazing animals here. But keep in mind that you must have your dog on a leash all year round.

Along the seashore there is the opportunity to have coffee at picnic tables with beautiful sea views. Here you have good opportunities to watch both nesting and migrating birds. There is a parking lot with a toilet where the loop starts. From the parking lot there is a path to the shelter, beautifully situated by the water. There are several picnic tables on the hillside behind.

If you want a longer walk, it is possible to continue to Odletslingan.

For those with reduced mobility, we recommend that you park at Ekudden's jetty. Here you have good opportunities to watch migrating birds. 50 meters of Ekuddeslingan is accessible by wheelchair. The trail runs from the jetty to a coffee table where you are greeted by fine views of the water.
