Ämmern runt

Beautiful loop through the Skedevid canal that connects Åsunden and Ämmern. The entire route is a longer full-day trip for the experienced canoeist, but the route can be shortened according to your own wishes. The trail is narrow in places, which provides calm waters. Along the trail you pass 3 nature reserves, including Hamra Ekhagar - an ancient agricultural landscape with majestic oaks.

Take note of the weather and any fire bans before setting out on the canoe trail. Fires on rocks are strictly forbidden. Of course, you leave no traces in nature.

**Please note that the former bathing place at Söderö is no longer public, mooring and mooring is not recommended.
