Sigfridsleden etapp SL4 Notteryd-rastplats Hemmesjösjön – En del av Smålandsleden

The stage route from the trail junction near the Notteryd nature reserve to the Hemmesjösjön rest area has a trail grading of red. It starts with hilly, scenic paths south over the Skråhalla mountains, through the nature reserve and along three lakes on the route. Wind shelters and outdoor facilities make it easier to spend the night in the Notteryd and Fylleryd nature reserves (+3km) and at the end of the stage at the shore of lake Hemmesjösjön. It is, as always, easy to make public access on the hike.
