Slottsholmen restaurang

**Slottsholmen is Björn Ulvaeus' restaurant and hotel in Västervik. Located with the sea and water around in 360 degrees, both surroundings and food are of the highest class. Breakfast, lunch and a la carte are served here from morning to evening all year round.

The food served here is based on Björn Ulvaeus' upbringing in Västervik. Dishes he ate and was inspired by from his travels around the world, from rehearsals of musicals in London and New York and much more. The restaurant seats 75-80 people indoors and around 200 on the outdoor terrace.

The restaurant has two bars, one indoors and the other on the outdoor terrace in summer. Can serve food directly to the boat in the guest harbor outside and there is also a chambre separee for 14 people and a fantastic sideboard room wines from around the world are stored. On top of that, the meat from local producers is matured in its own fridges in the dining room and all food is prepared from the open kitchen centrally located in the restaurant.

On Sundays between 11.30-15.00 brunch is served in the restaurant and on Fridays from 15.00 there is after work in the Brass Bar.
