
Kuvaus
The northwest point of Vargön island, Koskäret, is a popular excursion spot with its flat sandy beaches and the beautiful view. Piteå Municipality has overnight cabins and other recreation facilities here. The whole area is 15 square kilometres in size and there is a ban on snowmobiling on the islands, however snowmobiles maybe driven on prepared snowmobile trails, and the nearest route from the shore to the owner’s cabin. Fires may only be lit in designated places.

Asetukset
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hike
- make a fire in the designated area
- picking berries and edible mushrooms
- drive a snowmobile along a snowmobile trail on snow-covered ground. Cabin owners may also drive the nearest road from the beach to their own cabin.
- fish and hunt in accordance with applicable laws
It is not permitted to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
