From Helgasjön and Öjaby, Helige å stretches southwest to eventually flow into Salen. With winding movements, you can follow the river by canoe or SUP board, for example. In addition, the river contains a couple of nice swimming spots as it winds through the landscape. Perfect also for fishing and birdwatching.
