Fyllerydstugan

Fyllerydstugan cottage is the heart of Växjö's largest open-air recreation area. Here you can job, ski, play golf and mountain bike, or just walk around and enjoy nature. Near the cottage, you'll find hazel trees and a large alder forest. The lesser spotted woodpecker, tawny owl, hawfinch and chiffchaff thrive here. Some years, you can even hear the red-breasted flycatcher. You can also find foxes, martens, minks and roe deer here. From Ekorrbryggan jetty at Lake Toftasjön, you can listen for black-throated divers and cranes.
