Peaceful accommodations in old setting by Göta Canal

The old public school in Lyrestad is from 1845 and is now carefully renovated into a homely bed and breakfast in a genuine environment. Here you'll live in personally decorated rooms for 1-4 guests. Breakfast, bed linens and towels are included. Bathroom is shared with other guests.

There's two large living rooms for the guests to use. In the first floor parlour there's a fireplace and an exit to the garden. This is where breakfast is served in the morning. The upper floor has a large place for socializing with couches, TV and family games.

You can also get help in hiring bikes, perhaps for a tour along the paths by Göta Canal.

The old school is surrounded by a large garden with outside seating and a pool for warm days. During the winter there's an outside spa with 39 degree water that'll feel wonderful during cold nights.
