Årstaskogen, östra promenaden, Guide till tystnaden

A walk on mostly wide paths, but steeply uphill at the turnaround and some smaller paths. Site 1 offers views between the trees. Site 2 is down by the water and along the main path through the area. Go up to site 3 in the sparse coniferous forest. Perhaps it is the quietest place in Årstaskogen? Walk back along a smaller path above the allotment area. The walk is 3 km. Allow 1.5 hours for a quiet walk.
