The Maden area is a veritable magnet for both resting and nesting birds, and in a special birding location for the Kronoberg Ornithological Association. Turn off towards Huseby Bruk from road 23. The reserve parking lot is located at the southern end of Husebymäden. There is a picnic area with a fireplace and an information center / bird tower that can be reached via a rollable gravel road or a nice path.
