Das Reservat liegt 1,5 km südöstlich von Kälarne. Von der Straße 320 zwischen Sälarne und Sörbygden aus schwingen Sie in eine Schotterstraße direkt an Mjöån. Bei der ersten Kreuzung auf der Schotterstraße fahren Sie geradeaus, die Straße führt direkt in das Reservat.

Welcome to Lungsjöskogen. Please note that within the reserve it is not allowed to:

• make fires, except in specially designated places
• felling living or standing dead trees and processing lying dead wood
• capture, disturb or injure mammals, birds, frogs and reptiles, as well as damage their nests and spawning grounds or collect eggs
• climbing nest trees or deliberately staying closer than 100 meters to a bird of prey's nest, roost or burrow
• disturbing the ground, boulders or vegetation, dry trees or other dead wood
• picking and collecting natural products (e.g. wood fungi, lichens and mosses) with the exception of berries and edible mushrooms
• collecting invertebrates, such as beetles and land molluscs
• driving motorized vehicles off-road throughout the area
• marking trails, organizing orienteering checks or holding competitions
• constructing snowmobile trails.

Paragraph 3 does not prevent the practice of hunting. Point 8 does not prevent the off-road transportation of felled moose, provided that no tracks are made. This presupposes that vehicles with low ground pressure are used and that a suitable route is chosen for transport.
