Das Naturschutzgebiet liegt etwa 6 Kilometer nordwestlich von Järbo.

Special rules apply in the nature reserve. It is not allowed:

• drive a motorized vehicle,
• take firewood. Fires are only allowed if you have brought your own firewood,
• break branches, cut down or otherwise damage living or dead standing or fallen trees and bushes
• damaging, picking or collecting plants, fungi and algae. However, picking berries, mushrooms and flowers for personal use is permitted, with the exception of protected and red-listed species,
• climbing trees, staying near a bird of prey's nest, lair or burrow, collecting animals or otherwise deliberately harming or disturbing wildlife
• bringing an unleashed dog or other unleashed pet, putting up a picture, notice, poster, sign or inscription
• damaging any fixed object or surface formation, such as moving or removing stones or similar
• riding or cycling other than on marked paths, using recorded sound in a disturbing way, or using recorded sound to attract birds or other animals,
• engage in rock climbing without the permission of the county administrative board.
