In Stolpa Forest, at Svältan, there is a windbreak that is timbered in the old way. The timber has been thinned out from the forest and transported by horse.
There is also a fireplace at the shelter.
The windbreak is one of the measures taken to develop Stolpa Forest into an urban forest. It will provide protection from rain and wind for everyone who walks and experiences the natural environments of Stolpa Forest.
