Linköping is Sweden's aviation capital and the city where the heart of the Göta Canal and the attraction, Bergs Slussar, is located. Linköping is the city that is big enough to have most things, but small enough to be close to everything. Here is a vibrant and well-preserved city center with many attractions, shops, cafes, restaurants, cozy culinary streets, history and exciting city walks. So whether you are looking for the city's culture and entertainment or are a nature lover looking for countryside with plains, lakes and canals, there is something for you within a short distance.
Staying at Linköpings Cityhotell, means staying in the middle of the city center with walking and cycling distance to most things. We are a privately owned family hotel that offers 43 comfortable rooms divided into hotel and hostel rooms as well as a number of apartments. This means that we can offer freedom of choice for you as a guest based on needs and wishes. All rooms have really comfortable beds and their own private bathroom. The apartments have a kitchen and a large number of rooms also have their own kitchenette. We also offer access to a shared guest kitchen.
Our ambition is to offer a sustainable, personal and calm alternative for your stay in Linköping.

You can get to Linköping easily via train or bus from different parts of the country. Linköping's city hotel/hostel is within easy walking distance of the travel centre.
If you come with your own car, follow the signs towards the centre, Drottninggatan and Klostergatan. We offer a limited number of parking spaces (for a fee) directly outside. Several parking spaces are within walking distance.
Are you coming to Linköping by bike? Our city has an excellent network of cycle paths and there are special cycle maps, we will be happy to tell you more when you visit us. You can lock the bike safely overnight in our fenced bike rack. Welcome with your bike!
