Kronoskogens motionsslinga 2,6 km

Kronoskogen is the perfect place for activities. It is one of the most
popular areas of greenery to visit in Ljungby. Its location right outside
Ljungby city makes it the ideal nature reserve to visit, with something to do
for the entire family.

Kronoskogen used to be an inland dune, where pine trees were planted
over 100 years ago. Today, Kronoskogen is also home to a beach volleyball field
and an outdoor gym. In the nature reserve, you can find ancient rock engravings, the remains of a
peat factory from the post-war period, or just enjoy the incredible pine
forest. There are several trails in Kronoskogen. The longest one is 3,3
kilometres, it takes you around the entire nature reserve and has signs along
the way with information about Kronoskogen. The blue trail is a fitness path with 12
information signs presenting different exercises for both children and adults.
The fitness paths also have street lamps that light up when it gets dark.
