Omschrijving
Kärda local heritage society is based in Kärda local heritage park, with a local heritage museum. There are old buildings in the park that contain collections of old artefacts, documents, books and photographs. One collection contains a complete set of equipment for the extraction of sea and peat ore. Among the older buildings are a croft cottage, an ‘undantagsstuga’ (retirement cottage), a barn and a flax barn.
