At the far end of the headland, on the same side of River Lagan as the swimming area, is a beach for all the dogs who love swimming. It is a nice little beach with a barbecue area next to it. The place is signposted ‘hundbadplats’ and rules are posted.
Sometimes we advise against swimming in certain lakes as the water can be unsuitable for various reasons.
