The inspiration comes from traditional craftsmanship and a deep commitment to sustainability. The basic idea is to use a little less but better-quality meat and fish, and to focus on vegetables. Swedish and organic ingredients are used as far as possible.

The accommodation includes five buildings and offers a total of 133 beds, ranging from double rooms with private bathrooms to family and multi-bed rooms, and even the option to rent your own house with a sauna. There are several conference rooms for 4 to 100 people, as well as shared spaces, a large veranda, playground, football and volleyball fields, a barbecue area, and a lovely beach within walking distance.
