Förbud mot allt fiske 1 januari till 31 maj | Fredningsområde Hjorthammarsviken

All fishing is
prohibited from 1st of January until on 31st of May
(FIFS 2004:36). The ban does not apply to commercial fishermen
who fish for eels with the support of eel fishing permits and individual
rights. If it can be allowed from a fishery conservation point of view, the
county administrative board may grant exemptions
from these regulations for those who carry out fishing with the support of a
fishing license for fishing for species other than pike. The County
Administrative Board
may decide on more detailed conditions for permits.
