Nordfeldt's pastry shop has a wide range of food, bread, cakes, sandwiches and pastries. You can also order your own specially designed cake or other specialities on offer. Take a break at the café and enjoy a cup of coffee and something from the shop when you are exploring Vänersborg. Especially popular are Nordfeldt's semla, a traditional Swedish sweet roll that are available from Christmas to Easter.

Nordfeldt's company

Nordfeldt's pastry shop was founded in 1900 by the Nordfeldt family. The company was run by the Nordfeldt family until 1962 when Ingmar and Henny Johansson took over the business. Today the company is run by Bo and Leif Johansson, sons of Ingmar and Henny. The company is still operating the same spirit which values quality, tradition and craftsmanship.
