Beskrivelse
There are two large bog areas in the nature reserve, Rövallsmossen and Stingsmossen. The ground between the bogs is firm and the path that runs here is part of Bruksleden. There are plenty of birds in the area, such as curlew and nightjar, and if you're lucky you may see black grouse playing. There are plenty of blueberries and the occasional cloudberry. Take a day trip through the nature reserve or why not spend the night in Rövallskojan? There is a barbecue area and an outhouse by the hut.
There is no parking in direct connection to the nature reserve. Parking is available at Surahammar's golf club, for example, then follow Bruksleden north.

Bruksleden runs through the nature reserve. Rövalls- och Stingsmossen is located 2 kilometers north of Surahammar. There is no parking to the reserve. The only way is to hike on Bruksleden which runs through the reserve in two different places. Start at Surahammar's golf club in the south or Ramnäs in the west.

Welcome to visit the nature reserve!
There are rules that you as a visitor must follow. The rules are there to protect the area's natural values.
It is forbidden to:
- drive a motorized vehicle,
- camping,
- cycling other than on existing forest roads
- riding horses other than on existing forest roads
- climbing bamboo trees,
- bring an unleashed dog or other stray pet,
- affixing a board, sign, inscription, poster or similar device
- light a fire
- digging up, picking or breaking shrubs, brush, herbs, woody fungi, mosses or lichens
- collecting insects or other invertebrates
- marking out tracks or organizing orienteering
- organizing a motorcycle race, shooting competition, orienteering competition or training for it.
