Beskrivelse
Storsand's Natura 2000 site is a 200-meter wide beach in a shallow bay in Bäckfjärden. The beach, which is unexploited, is home to, among other things, oyster mushrooms and oyster vines. The beach extends well up on land where some pine trees grow. The area is protected because of the beach and the different types of sand dunes.
