Beskrivelse
Laraborg Nature Reserve consists of Storbergkullen and several surrounding hills. Here you can walk through older high-altitude spruce forest and natural forest. Laraborg has very high natural values linked to the natural forest condition, with plenty of old trees and plenty of standing and lying dead wood. There are a number of red-listed and rare species.
Just east of the reserve is Laraborg, an old settlement with a few remaining barns and a newly built shelter. A snowmobile trail leads to the farm and it is a popular destination for excursions.

Laraborgs nature reserve is located about 15 km west-northwest of Åsele. The most suitable access road to the reserve is via road 92 between Åsele and Dorotea with a turn-off on a smaller road in Visjömon about 15 km west of Åsele. There are relatively nearby forest roads in all directions to the nature reserve.
