Beskrivelse
In Laghedens nature reserve you can walk through rolling pine moors and experience the dramatic cliffs that plunge down to the Lögde River.
The popular Lögde River Trail runs along the eastern side of the river. The area is well visited by anglers. At Slåttestjärnen there is a bathing area with a jetty and fine hiking and running trails.

The reserve is located about 9 km southwest of Balsjö in Bjurholm municipality. The area is easily accessible with roads and forest roads that connect to and go through the reserve in several places. You can enter the area by car or bicycle via Karlsbäck or Nedre Nyland. It is about 2 km from either community into the reserve. You can also walk, cycle, ski or snowmobile through Laghedens nature reserve via Lögdeälvsleden.
